Ambient IoT Pty Ltd is an Australian deep-tech company. This notice covers ambientiot.io and any enquiry sent to us through this site or by email. Our two commercial brands — StiknTrak and Moseley Technologies — publish their own privacy notices for their respective products and platforms.
When you contact us through this site we collect the information you provide on the form: name, company, email address, the topic you selected, and the details of your enquiry. When you email us directly we collect the information you choose to send. We do not run analytics, fingerprinting or third-party advertising trackers on the public ambientiot.io marketing pages.
We use enquiry information to reply to you, to follow up on a partnership, OEM, investor or licensing conversation you have asked about, and to keep a record of the discussion under standard commercial diligence. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where we are required by Australian law.
Enquiry email and form submissions are retained for 24 months unless a longer period is required by Australian record-keeping law or unless an active commercial relationship is in place — in which case the data is retained for the term of that relationship plus the audit window your industry requires. You can ask us to delete your record earlier at any time.
If you are in Australia, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights legislation (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you have rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@ambientiot.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Detailed technical specifications and commercially sensitive information are not made public on this site. They are shared under a mutual NDA on request. Initial enquiry information you send to us through this site is not treated as confidential unless we have an NDA in place.
